To claim an Exemption

Friends,

I have a doubt regarding exemptions in ca.

I am in final giving my group2 exams.

Say i have prepared for one subject out of four.

Say i have prepared only for IDT.

One of the conditions to claim the exemption is that you must appear for all the exams. But is it also necessary to score a few marks in all the other papers?

Thanking you

Reply will be deely appreciated

no such rule is there, even if u fail in the rest of subjects you will get exemption in that subject u scored 60 or more

No such rule..
I too did the same like u..
I prepared for IDT & ISCA ONLY as I had only 2 months time.. N did not prepare for DT n AMA in May 19 exam..
Even if u score NIL no issues..
U just need to appear in the exam for all 4 papers
..
Luckily I was able to get 72 in ISCA but IDT I just got 48..
Nevertheless I was happy with my result....
