To change address
Dear... A client's PAN is under ITO of Maharastra state. Can he change it to ITO of any Ward of Odisha state, as his permanent address is Odisha.

Yes Ashok, he can apply for the change of address in PAN and with the change in address the IT ward will be alloted to him as per the new address.
