To avoid 3B late fee 100 per day
if i file my Gstr3b for august as nil to avoid late fee per day.....nd i will pay tax at the time of gstr3 with int @ 18pa...... can i do ????

yes but it doesn't sound logical. you can pay tax also in advance to avoid interest.

ya i know its not seens to sound..but our more than 100 party 3b return not yet filled...some of them not giving detail on time...so i think this is best advise to fille nil return..nd jab gstr3 return bharenge tabhi payment karenge

yes. you can do...gstr 3 b is a provisional return only for recovering tax amount on time
Can't do this... Even NIL return are not accepted without Late fee
manish...i try nil return on 21....ya its showing late fee....but still u can upload without payment...
