I am having TN VAT TIN number in the name of " XXXXXXX" .It is proprietorship concern. I want to clarify that whether I can use the same tin number for the divisions of the same XXXXXXX as --
--- "XXXXXXX INTERNATIONAL"
"XXXXXXX AGENCY"
XXXXXXX SERVICES .
Please clarify whether I can use the TIN number of "XXXXXXXXX" FOR ALL THE ABOVE.

The answer is negative. You are not supposed to use the same Tin for various othe business even though you are the prop.
N\YES YOU CAN USE THE SAME TIN NO PROVIDED U INFORM SALE TAX OFFICER TO INCLUDE THE RESPECTIVE NAMES OF THE COMMODITIES IN YOUR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION AND ALSO INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS....
