Dear friends
How to file TN-VAT "NIL" returns. Am working in a newly established company in chennai.
There is no transaction happened(purchase & sale). Whether we need to pay the basic fees for NIL returns filing.
Is there any other procedure???

JUST OPEN TN VAT FORM ONLINE THEN DONT FILL THE COLUMN , ALL BALANCE NIL U NOW SAVE CLICK OPTION THATS ALL
