Dear Sir
I applied for TIN reigistration in tamilnadu. The officer is asking me to show the godown place in addition to the office place.I want to know as per which section of the TNVAT ACT AND ruleS the officer is demanding the godown place. Also want to know if the officer decline to issue TIN number what is the remedy.
