One of my client was Retail Trader. He has no TIN number. As usually, he wants to buy the goods from wholesaler but, he rejects to sell the goods now to retailer because of he doesn't have TIN Number. He told without TIN Number can sell only up to Rs.5000/-
So, whats the solution?
He can sell without TIN registration upto threshold limit as prescribed under the state VAT act.
