Yes GST registration is mandatory for those suppler engaged in inter state supply

No we have to take just one registration in that state from where you are doing business
it's depand on seperate business separate registration
No need take new registration. Existing gst registration is enough in your case
If you are already registered as regular dealer then no need to take new GSTN
