any circular by which time period of filing form 21 under sec 394(1) has been increased from 30 to 90?

Read the Instruction Kit for eForm 21. It is mentioned that in case the Sec/Company law Board Order/Court Order does not provide for the number of days within which order is to be filed, then the form should be filed at the earlist.
