In case of continuous supply of goods what is the date of invoice if invoice date is later than statement of accounts
Eg..
Invoice date 21 jan
Removal of goods- 18 jan
31 jan
Statement of accounts- 5 jan

The invoice must be issued within 30 days from the date when each event, specified in the contract and requiring the recipient to make any payment, is completed.
In case of continuous supply of goods, the invoice should be issued before or at the time of issuance of periodical statement/receipt of periodical payment [Section 31(4)].
Ya.. But the question is what is the date of invoice if it is issued after statement of accounts... Plz solv above example
