In case of continuous supply of goods what is the date of invoice if invoice date is later than statement of accounts

Removal of goods- 18 jan

Statement of accounts- 5 jan

In case of continuous supply of goods, the invoice should be issued before or at the time of issuance of periodical statement/receipt of periodical payment [Section 31(4)].
Ya.. But the question is what is the date of invoice if it is issued after statement of accounts... Plz solv above example
