What was the time limit for the company to held the statutory meeting after its incorporation.  In how many days, the company can held its meeting.

Hi,

Time limit for statutory meeting is within 6 months from the date of certificate of commencement of business.

a company should convene a statutory meeting not less than one month and within six months after it's incorporation.
