Is there any time limit for registering the partnership deed.
For example : If a partnership deed is entered in 2016 and now in 2021 they are applying for registration of partnership deed which was entered in 2016 . Is it possible or is there any restriction for that ?

Is there any such restrictions for the state of Andhrapradesh ?
There's no specific time limit prescribed for Andhra..even then just check and confirm with district registrar in charge of the principal place of business of firm
