Time limit for proper officer to serve notice
someone please tell me the time period within which officer can serve notice under rule 99.

Rule 99 - sec 61 - gst amst 10 ; no such time limit specified to receive notice, only time mentioned is 30 days from date of receipt of notice (to reply to said notice)
