PLS ANSWER MY QUERY what is the the time limit upto which additinal director u/s 260 and director going to be retire by rotation in AGM can hold his office in following

cases

1)IF AGM IS ADJOURNED

2)IF AGM IS EXTENDED WITH THE PERMISSION OF ROC
