i have received "Assessment Order and Summary of order in Form GST DRC-07"on 30-11-2023
In the order it is mentioned that Appeal can be filed within three of receipt of order,i.e.,by Feb'2024 End
and
when i browse the same it is mentioned as generally 30 days from the date of service of the order,i.e.,by Dec'2023 End
Could you please clarify the same, with in what time limit and date I have to file for an appeal

Yes, It's 30 days.
But, please read and understand this one also "Appeal can be filed within three of receipt of order".
Bcoz, The orders (like 3 * 30) can be done Officer.

Sorry sir, some words mistake before,. kindly consider below words :
In the order it is mentioned that " An Appeal against this order can be filed before the Join Commissioner (ST) Thirupathi within three months from the date of communication of this order"
