indeed a good neighbour increases the value of a house..., in my childhood, all neighbours were like a family..., sharing every moments..happy or sad..,.. but its rare now a days..., all are busy.., just we make some time to meet only on festivals...on the other days... behave like strangers.., ye bhi koi jeena hein!!,:-(, joshi sir, thanks for reminding... being a good neighbour and getting a good neighbour... is needed..
