thier is a serial number in both 102 & 103 form....if 103 is destroyed by mistake ...can i fill a new 103 form??? it is important that form 102 & 103 serial numbers should match???? this is because franking has been obtained on form 102, and franking again on new form will delay articleship....please help

The Date of Forms Submitted play a vital Role for Future reference,Serial doesnt most likely.
Though check ur Query Confirmed at e Sahyathaa of icai,As people's opinion on this issue could be speculation,as this is an rare circumstance.
form 102 stays with the principle only....so serial number shud not matter????? and e-sahayta...do they reply on sundays??
