I fully agree on your points and wish to highlight few other issues also.

Presidents are replaced every year and so they dont have long term vision.  Just for the sake of doing something, they are designing very ill fated changes and implementing it.  What is there in changing the name from Intermediate to PCC to IPCC and again Intermediate.It is pathetic that huge herd of so called Professionals discharge their duty in unprofessional way.  Also the quality of passed of candidates is also very alarming.  Huge qualified herd of so called Professionals are sitting in BPO's and doing Donkey and Shit Job with which they are happy! Please note that BPO is only for semi qualified and graduates.

 

Copy of answer book can be had from Institute by paying required fee.

There is a system under CA CMA and CS in respect of conduct of examinations

Paper setter,Observer,Examiner,checker,Head Examiner and other hands for the examinations.

The above hands are not the officials sitting in the CA CMA CS Institute as regular staff.

Copy of the records are avilable to public from CA,CMA,CS Insitutes uner Right to Information Act.

Kindly study well and appear examination.

Omg.. People should stop preaching the words study well..No one will go and attend the exam for past 8 attempts without studying well.. This is ca institute we are taking about..things work entirely different here comparing to cwa or cs institute.. Its a true fact that only people who mugs and vomit whatever given in the institute material without leaving is or was, clears the exam in flying colour.. And sadly those people who understands the concept and write the answers in their own word gets flunked... If they need only xerox copy machines ..which reproduces the institute material again..then they should mention the same in prospectus..so people who doesn't have this xerox copy skill will drop out in the initial stage itself...

all i think up is ..is it all money... 25% is cpt pass percentage who shal register in PCC paying 10000 as registeration and 6000 as orientation/gmcs.. how many entrants , say approx 25000 

through increasing cpt result they generate 400000000/-  and by reducing final result they earn still. 

 

y cant they make the entrance tough so that those who get through are polished with the course and the lives are not played with probabilities. if CA final results are bad its institutes failure  not students.. 

 

those who pass dont even finish articleship while they complete the CA final. this is so pathetic that. there is one person who has finished CA before his graduation . and there are others like me who entered CA after graduation and are struggling because of manipulations. who deserves more. if  they need bookish knowledge only as it seems by the result.. they should make articleship optional.. cause we turned out as fools!!!!

even i agree to that..but the fact is that we cant change anything and this is the reason of quitting ca by many students .I know some people who actually have good knowledge but unable to clear exam for long and in last they quit. and many of us are still continuing it because we do not have any other option and we have already invested a lot of time in this course.

even sometimes i read some post at caclubindia itself where people say that they have given approx 11 to 12 attempts but not able to clear a single group and there comes a question that can anybody give exam without preparing that too 11 attempt .

I cleared my PCC in Feb 2012.May 2012, my first attempt, just 3 moths studies,gave group 1, got 44,43,48,47.Then came Nov 2012, I was fully prepared, gave both groups, got 48,64,33,48 in group 1 and 58,37,46,47 in group 2. Then came May 2013, I prepared again with full dedication, got 44,64,53,38 in group 1 and 50,45,45,46 in group 2. Then came Nov 2013, gave group 1, got 44,64,53,48 and cleared it. Then came May 2014, got 53,33,45,47 in group 2.Then came Nov 2014, got 44,27,47,61. And in May 2015, I got 59,47,26,61. My career is doomed ! My age is 26.

Agree with your points completely. The direct entry after graduation is the Stupidest thing they have ever done & that too with liberal marks criteria (55%). I was doing IPCC & college together so I didn't got enough time to study for B.COM exams & yet I scored 64% at graduation level without any special efforts. Not only there should be an entrance examination there should be limited number of attempts for the entrance examination. Imagine the difficulty the student will face to complete FINAL level who can't even complete CPT for 5-6 attempts. ICAI can save the careers of such students by saying them goodbye. Atleast they will do something which will be achievable for them.

Not only its about money like you said , Its also about getting articles who will work for peanuts.  Working for Rs 3000. is a cruel joke. & Later they have the audacity to justify it by saying "Its an internship NOT a job & you are getting to learn things".

Their passing criteria till Final Level is based the requirement for article assistants & at Final level their passing citeria is based on Overall demand in the industry.  Ideally at levels it should be based on Overall industry demand so as to avoid putting all the pressure on Final students

Manipulating results may or may not be true But 1 thing is for sure that their evaluation system is deeply flawed. There are CA's in the industry who don't deserve the honor of being a CA & those who deserve it are still stuck at Final level.

I have already given 3 attempts of FINAL examination & November 15 will probably be my last attempt. I am already considering various alternatives available in India as well as abroad. I am 24 years old guy with absolutely no qualification to brag about (BCOM is not fancy enough to get a good job so I don't consider that a qualification)
