Anurag is correct. To add, I would like to tell some more thing that
1. Do not quote wrong section or reference. If you are anot exactly aware, then leave it. Wrong quoting results in negative impact.
2. Write according to the weightage of marks. Sometimes lesser marks question may involve lots of concepts to be explained. Dont get stuck into it. Use logics according to the marks given.
3. And remember always one thing. In final exams, ICAI expects 'Expert Knowledge' if you see your syllabus. So, sometimes students show their expert knowledge in the answers and give the related answers also alongwith what has been asked. This is the area where they are actually caught by examiners. Don't write anything extra which is not exactly asked in the question. Just show expert knowledge, but dont show over expertise. They dont like it at all.
I will try to add more suggestions to it as and when it comes to my mind.
All the best.
