Reagarding the newly introduced Additional fee logic (Rs.100/- per day)
As we all know, Extension has been granted to file AOC-4 and MGT-7 forms with MCA upto 31-dec-2018 for Financial year 17-18.
I have filed a form on 08/01/2019, which is beyond the extended timeline.
Now, I am charged a late fee of Rs.4600/- by the MCA portal. AGM date was 25/09/2018.
Why is the portal calculating late fee for the period for which late fee is already waived????
It should have charged me only RS.800/- right??(100* 8 days delay)
