Hello Sir,

I am a CA final student studying along with continuing my articleship in pune.But now i am in utmost need of Transfer to my hometown due to some reasons.Can you plz guide me regarding the procedure of transfer.My principal is ready to give me transfer but i am confused as i have no knowledge of transfer application to be written to icai regarding to whom the application to be addressed, whether it is to be sent to Mumbai or Delhi, what should be the format of application, etc.can i directly fill Form 109 without submitting the application.

Dear Sir,

I have been writing Gr.2 in CA Final and failing since 4 attempts. I am working with Big MNC and studying. I am failing any 1 subject only all the time (either of 4 alternatively). I have only 3more months for May'2010 exams. I am not a full fledged student and I am married and struggling to complete CA.I asked everyone in my family to support me to clear CA this time. I need your suggestion, How can I help myself from failing, especially with costing. I am not able to balance the subjects in terms of pass. Please suggest me how can i balance between the subjects?

my marks are as follows:

in May 2008 CM=37 MICS=62 DT=51 IDT=59,

in Nov 2008 CM=45 MICS=62 DT=50 IDT=37,

in May 2009 CM=42 MICS=62 DT=31 IDT=50,

in Nov 2009 CM=25 MICS=62 (Exemption expired) DT=50 IDT=50.

Dear sir, Please help me how can i make a best strategy for myself. I will be very gratefull to you all if you can throw light for my right path.

The main issue with you is since you are working with MNC in tight schedule and not getting much time for your studies i hope.....

As far as CM is concerned there  require good conceptual clarity however following can be performed

Step no 1

Buy padhuka Book

step 2

understand the chapeters more relevant and less..(Ex;-transfer pricing)

step no 3

Understand the basic concept first...Eighter go Saravana prasad class or do  the excersise with the book

step no 4

Take scanners and suggested answers

step no 5

Revise well
