No, the battle continues because those candidates who have not yet completed GMCS (15 days) are advised to finish the same at the earliest.  Otherwise, a residential programme of 3 months may have to be attended.  Hence, those who can spare time may complete this without waiting for results.  So that they are assured of getting atleast pass certificate without delay.
