GLAD TO SEE YOUR REPLIES, WILL DO MEETING EVERY WEEKEND OR MONTHLY ONCE AND DICUSS WHATS GOING AND WHAT ALL PROBLEMS WE HAVE WHICH OUR SENIOR CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEMS. IF ANY ONE POSTING UNRELATED THINGS JUST MESS TO ADMIN OR MODERATERS SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE ACTION ON THAT.

THIS MEETING IS TO GET KNOWN CCI MEMBERS WELL AND DISCUSS OUR QUERY WITH SENIORS SO THAT WILL GET SOLVE OUR DOUBTS AND PROBLEMS..

I think the suitable time will be every Saturday afetr luch. The reason is that it is the weekend so that all we can compile our problems / matters for discussion. The reason for after luch time is that it is the best time we can set ourselve free for discussion from our schedule.
