Hi Friends,

This is regarding the issue in TFS Certificate Correction.

We have filed the return for Q1, 2, 3 TDS.

Instead of giving the new PAN no. We have filed using the old PAN no.

Is it possible to correct the TDS certificate now.

Please help me.

To correct the TDS certificate, follow these steps:

Step 1: File a Revised TDS Return - *Login to TRACES*: Access the TRACES portal using your credentials. - *Request Conso File*: Download the Conso file for the relevant quarter. - *Correct the PAN*: Update the PAN number in the Conso file. - *Generate Revised Return*: Use the corrected Conso file to generate the revised return. 

Step 2: Submit the Revised Return - *Upload Revised Return*: Login to the TRACES portal and upload the revised return. - *Verify and Confirm*: Verify the uploaded return and confirm the submission. 

Step 3: Download Corrected TDS Certificate - *Wait for Processing*: Allow time for the revised return to be processed. - 

*Download Corrected Certificate*: Once processed, download the corrected TDS certificate from the TRACES portal. Additional Tips - 

*Check for Any Defaults*: Ensure there are no defaults or pending actions on your TRACES account. - 

*Verify PAN Number*: Double-check the corrected PAN number to avoid further errors. -

 *Consult TRACES Support*: If you encounter any issues, contact TRACES support for assistance. By following these steps, you should be able to correct the TDS certificate and update the PAN number.
