Can anybody send me the text of the advertisment to be issued in the newspaper stating that the copies of the notice , Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account etc are available in teh Companys website and inspection at the registered office of teh Company during office hours.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has taken a "Green Initiative in the Corporate Governance" by allowing paperless compliances by companies and has issued Circular Nos. 17/2011 & 18/2011 dated 21st & 29th April, 2011 stating that the service of document by a company made through electronic mode would be compliance to the provisions of Section 53 of the Companies Act, 1956.
The move by the MCA is a welcome step for the benefit of the society at large for creating sustainable greener environment. Your Company, being a strong supporter for a low carbon economy and committed to protect the environment, has proposed to service all documents including notices/postal ballot/circulars such as notice of AGM, audited financial statements, director's report and auditor's report etc. in electronic form, at the email ids provided by your Depositories.
In case you wish to receive the documents mentioned above in physical form, please inform us on or before June, 30, 2011 by clicking the option at the bottom of this email. Please note that as a valued member of the Company, you are always entitled to request and receive all such communication in physical form free of cost. Further, the documents served through e-mail will be available in the Company's website ..........

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has taken a “Green Initiative in the Corporate Governance” by allowing paperless compliances by the Companies and allowed the service of notice / documents including Annual Report by e-mail to its members. To support this green initiative of the Government in full measure, members who have not registered their e-mail addresses, so far, are requested to register / update their e-mail id with their Depository Participant (in case of Demat holding) / Company or its Registrar (in case of physical holding) to enable the Company to send the above through email instead of physical form.
We look forward for your continued support to this unique initiative by the MCA and become a part as a savior of the green atmosphere.
