Friends I had taken a transfer after serving 2 yrs and 1 month and 4 days in the erstwhile firm. all the details were conveyed to ICAI in form 109. now i am done with articleship. now for what period should i be filling 108.? for entire 3 yrs or 10 months and 26 days of work done in the current firm..?
In how many copies are we required to submit the for 108 to ICAI , chennai. Whose seal to be put in space "official space".?

You have to submit the details of your current firm i.e 10 months 26 days only in the form no. 108. You have to make 3 copies of form 108 and received back 2 copies from ICAI with acknowlegment during submission.
ya u hav to submit 108 form for the remaining perioud
take all the 3 copies to ICAI,after stamping,icai will retain 1,out of other 2,keep one with yourself and the other give to the principal
