Now a days its become fancy to all the companies they are terminating the professionals for simple reason and without any reasons with out any prior notice and some of the companies paying compensate of 1 month Basic salary only the companies a\re treating as use and through so my sincere request to all the member is we have to form a comittee and protect and raise our voice for each others..
