Termination of industrial training - urgent

I faced this issue nearly 7 years before. I can share you my experience;

I had submitted my termination form for industrial training and as instructed by the Article section of ICAI chennai, rejoined my previous employer. My Principal accepted my rejoining for the remaining period. Therefore my article training was 2 years 11 months article training & 1 month industrial training.

I m sharing my experience with u 

I have completed my 2 years of articleship and then after I joined indurial training but later on after completion of 1 month I want leave indurial training to go back for CA firm. ICAI allowed to me but subject to there is no mean for industrial training period for me ie now I hate to complete my 12 month training from other CA firm (other than firm where I registered for 2 yr. ) instead of 11 month.

So I this case you are not required to contact previous CA firm.

i have completed 10 months of industrial training & have taken 70 days of leaves . my training is expected to complete on 25/03/2020 will ICAI allow me to terminate my training 

As per ICAI guidelines u have to complete minimum 9 month training and In my opinion  u taken extra leave So u have to show at least 9 month training in form 108. Thereafter u may pursue remaining training at CA firm.

U may confirm manner of  leave calculations from nearest ICAI branch.
