Termination of Articleship without Form 109

why u r principal is not signing it. ask him to sign and tell him ur problems,u cannot take termination without his sign.u can request him or else talk to article section in ur regional office,delhi mumbai,kolkata,or chennai.they will definitely help you,if possible go in person.but you cannot get without form 109.that iam 100% sure.

Hi Sham, Hariharan is right u cant terminate ur articleship without 109. and i think u should talk requestly to ur principal bcoz if u take hard decisions it can be harmful for you.i mean they refuse to sign and most of that if theu have strong position in ICAI then u cant do any thing.

Dear sir i finished my CPT in November 2006. I joined articleship training in december 11, 2006. Our Principle said if work with out leave in all public holidays( and sundays in october july march.)in his office for 15 months he promise me to provide 6 months for exam study but he did allow me to take leave what can i do?

my employer is taking lot of work from us till 9.p.m and till 12.30 am in july and sept. including sundays. now i have completed my 15 month but we don't have any weekly working report signed from him. now i want to discontinue working under him  from 30sept2008 and want to join anywhere else from june 2009. pls suggest me the way to leave from here.
