Search for some other good firm and then take transfer. Never give your Principal a chance to issue termination on the grounds of insincerity. If he issues so, it will severely affect your future career and at the time of job.

Yes. On the grounds of "Transfer of Parents to another city" you can apply for transfer. But you should show necessary proof for it.

But you should show that reason to get transfer. I am attaching herewith the articleship transfer rules, in that some reasons are mentioned, based on that only you can take transfer. Go through it once and choose appropriate reason suitable to you.

If you have 1year of articleship remaining, then another idea is you select to go for Industrial Training, and showing that reason you take transfer from Principal. You can do Industrial Training for min. period of 9months to max. of 12months. Check whether you fall in this category.

No, my articleship is remaining for 1 Year & 6 Months

Then i think no other idea. Because even if you choose for Secondment of Articleship with other ca member, the period of secondment including industrial training shall not exceed one year. You convince your Principal for another 6 months and say him that you will choose the option of Industrial Training after this 6months, so that you dont need to work under him again.

please help me 

My principal wants to terminate me because I am not going to the office due to some reason. So my principal is saying that he will terminate me. And I can't go for 1 month because I have an exam and my principal is not allowing me to appear for the exam. Please tell me what to do. What should I do if my principal terminates me? What are the consequences?
