I have heard that no transfers can be taken from articleship training from 27th march, 2009 onwards. My principal has taken retirement from the firm on 31st march,2009 where i am working as an articled assistant. My question is that do i have to fulfill any formalities if:
(i) i want to continue under the same principal
(ii) i want to continue with the same firm
