Termination of articleship

Hello,

I completed 7 months articleship training. And i want to terminate my articleship training for some personal reason. Now if i terminate my articleship training, then my registration for CA Final would also terminate or what? And if in future i start articleship again, then would i have to register as a CA Final again? Would i have to register for articleship again? Will i get the credit of 7 months if i start articleship again? What is the procedure for termination of articleship? And after re-registration of articleship am i bound to do articleship from the same firm from where have i done my 7 months or i can join anywhere?? Plz solve my query...
