Yes u can take transfer. Manage to take it before 30.04.2009 to avoid any problem.

Yes u can take transfer. But see the provisions for articles which issued by ICAI
Yes, Milan is right !Please take quick action . The Last date for taking transfer as per previous rules is 30th april. Form 109 should reach to the decentralised office up to 30th April 2009.
Regarding transfer you may go ahead. But i would suggest also see the ICAI regulations in this behalf to avoid any future problem.
