i have a qustn, i have completed my 3 years articles, in that leave taken for a period of 10 months.
the qestn is, i have sent 109 form for ternination of articles. it was included the leave period. ternination was rejected.
i am contng the article at the old principal. i want to register my final year, whether i have to send intimation to institute to
conting articles at the old principal
If your form 109 is rejected then it means that you have not been granted transfer and assumed that you are continuing the articles under old principle only and no need to reregister or send any form.
however you can call your zonal office and find out whether you need to reregister. Zonal office means example for south its SIRC- chennai. zonal office has complete records regarding to your articleship training
