I am Landlord and I have rented a House. Tenant is now asking for Original Electricity Bill & other Tax Documents with Rental Agreement for some LOAN purpose as resident proof. I have heard some cases that Tenant can misuse all these documents.
Is it safe to give Electricity Bill & Tax Document with Rental agreement attached ? I dont want any trouble.

You need not give him directly, but can provide the same to bank when bank requests you for any such (self attested true) copies, thereby you can be safe against any such fraud.
