Owner have a lease agreement with tenants. tenants pays 60000 rent to owner. Due to some dispute tenants file a case in court.case. Courts order to pay 60000 to owner still the decision of case. After one and half years before decision of court both party make selltement owner ready to pay 50 lakh to tenants. i want to know cost of acquistion for tenants payment of rent to owner during court case is deductible from compensation
