I would like to know what is the detailed procedure to follow and formalities to fulfill for temporarily suspending the operations of a Pvt Ltd company for a certain period of time, say one maybe two years.  There will not be any transactions at all in this Pvt Ltd company during this period. We want temporary suspension officially. Please advise and guide .

Then can a Pvt Ltd company in India be made dormant ? If yes, how ? And what is the procedure for filing for dormancy ?
