Temporary gst registration for casual taxable persons

Hello everyone..

I want to apply for a temporary gst registration for conducting sale in a state where i dont have any fixed place of business. While applying for it online i have to fill few details like commissionerate, division, range...but i am unable to find these things of that particular location of the state where i want to conduct sales.

How do i find these things?

Please help...
