Is tempo fare paid to unregistered person (not a GTA)
liable to RCM? If yes.
Is it exempt up to June 18?

No sir it will not cover in RCM. since GTA means who issue consignment note i.e bilty that only be treated GTA and on that RCM apply. paid to tempo niether cover in GTA nor in RCM.
