TELL ME THE MEANING OF THIS LINE

My Interpretation says that......a person whose luck or Kismat doesn't helped him, that person will never forgot that luck tdidn't helped him in past, but he will forgot himself i.e for what he is here and what should be his course of action............

TAKDEER KA BHULA (Fogot by Luck..i.e bad luck) BHULE PE BHI NA BHULE.....(can never forgets that he had bad luck in past) 

INH RAHO KA MUSAFIR KHUD KO BHULE.....(person forgets himself for what he is here to do i.e his aim)...........

Hi Palak! first of all This is itself a very strong line with high depth but a wonderful line and i like this kind of rhymes and you need to break it  to understnd meaning of this line is......in para1-TAKDEER KA BHULA  -The poet wants to show The person who is frustated from his luck or destiny and unfortunately he got unsuccessed in every way of his lyf .2 para BHULE PE BHI NA BHULE -and this person never forgets what he has lost in his lyf even if he wants...3 para-INH RAHO KA MUSAFIR KHUD KO BHULE.....and the person who is suffering from this kind of pain and in the way of unsuccess.he almost forget him self also by getting all this loose.....

So this was the meaning of this line bt according to me Lyf always trys to be hard with us but we have to make it easy with our hardwork and capabilty and most of trust in god and urself....

INH RAHO KA MUSAFIR KHUD KO BHULE(JO BHI HE MUSAFIR INH RAHO KE KHUD KO BHUL JATA HE PAR JO TADKEER NE MAAR DI WOH NAHI BHUL PATA)

DIL KI AWAAZ KO KAUN NAKARA KAR SAKTE  HAI,

 JO BHI KAHA DIL  NE HUME INH LABHJO SE BHAYA KIYA KARTE HAI.......
