Telephone expenses

Some phones are in company name and GSTIN is updated. GST may be claimed. Hence no problem in accounting.
But some phones are company paid but in the name of employees. Hence GSTIN can't be updated. how such expenses are to be booked. ls RCM will apply on such expenses? GST is charged in bill by the telephone company but bill is in personal name of the employee hence GSTIN is not updated.
Pl advice how both type of expenses are to be booked in accounting books

i thought no.but u paid rcm then refund.
If employee appointment letter consists of such payment (form part of salary) - RCM not applicable.

Otherwise GST to be paid on RCM basis and claim as ITC.
Since GST is already charged, no double tax. No RCM
