supplier submitted tea bill of RS.10000/- without charging of GST.

we have to pay GST under RCM or what is the rate

ask him to break the bill in fortnight bills of 5000 each
5000 daily limit from urd or any other limit for such exp.

In GST, 5,000/day limit is for taxable supplies from unregistered persons. Else, GST is payable by the buyer if he is registered.

friend you will get ITC benefit.

If furchase from URDs in a day is more than 5000 than you'll have to deposit GST under RCM @ 5% but you'll not deduct it from tea seller but you'll claim ITC after payment of such gst.

friend ITC benefit is block for food & beverages.

If all purchases/services from URDs in a day is more than Rs.5000 than you'll have to deposit GST under RCM @ 5% but you'll not deduct it from tea seller and you can't claim itc.
