Tdscpc locked my a/c no.of attempts 1 only-

contact them from the number given in website or email them

i dont know why they blocked in just 1 attempt 

actually there has been increase in hacking cases in recent time that might be reason for security

so in your case an email or so will solve the issu

Yes I doubted the same. This particular a/c was dealt by another consultant. The party was not happy with his servieces. After getting the password I changed it.-placed request.for 16A.

Next day i.e. yesterday morning I tried to log in -made ONLY 1 Attempt . in that attempt also the text did not match . -that was the error message I got.

In the very 2nd attempt I got an error message that the account is locked and was advised to try to log in after 1 hour. till this monet that 1 hour did not lapse.
