u can revise your return and there is no time lime for the revise return.
u can download FVU file from website - www.tdscpc.gov.in and import to excel file and after correction u can revise the tds return.

if even revising dosnt help you have to write a letter to you assessing officer explaining the error and requesting him to make necessary changes....
But to revise do i need to be get resisterd at Traces?
Yes, in order to download the consolidated TDS file and then making corrections therein.
