TDS wrong deduction

hi friends.. if Tax was deducted wrongly, can the client get back the money from the department.... Suppose the Tax which should have been deducted is Rs.10000 but the company wrongly deducted 20000, can it be got back..

You can claim refund from the department.

You can very well claim refund of such amount by producing the TDS certificate while filing return of income.

Hello.

I wrongly deposited in bank 194 (C) instead of 194 ( I ) amount is same. Can I get refund? Or I adjust against 194 ( I ) party will get benfit of that amount ?

Please suggest me as soon as possible
