Whether TDS wil be applicable in case of Bill Includes Import Duty ,Clearing Charges and Frieght by giving relevant notification if any.

Dear All
When u get bill from CHA - Ask them to send two bills one is services related -Jobwork bill- for which please deduct tds and also pay Service tax to the dept.
Second bill in nature of reimbursement bil -For which no deductions
