Tds uploaded in wrong year
hi....actually i was filling TDS return and uploding the same at the time of upload i made a mistake.
i have to click on year 2017-18 and by mistake i clicked on 2016-17.
now how will i resolve the same?
or there is no possibility to resolve.

Firstly clarify whrere u choose wrong year in form or Site
at the time of upload. means on site
You have correctly filed ur return. On income tax website FINANCIAL YEAR is given that means 16-17 refers to A.Y 2017-18
Also fvu file is not uploaded if u select wrong year .

sorry.....it was mistake at the time of payment..
when my client was going to do payment, he has selected AY-2016-17 instead of AY-2017-18.
so is there any process for changing the year or can we get that amount transferd / carry forward to next year?
Then u have to contact ur juridictional Assessing Officer.He alone has power to correct details.
