what is the differences between Tds in relation with the registration of sale of property under Vat & Gst?

If Tds paid under vat region may claim any benefit under gst on the registration sale of
property?

If Tds paid under gst may take any benefit for the another registration of same property by the buyer/seller.

Summary: There is no "TDS under VAT or GST." TDS on property is a direct tax under the Income Tax Act (Section 194-IA) requiring 1% deduction by the buyer on properties over ₹50 Lakh. GST applies only to under-construction properties as an indirect tax. The two systems do not overlap, and you cannot claim benefits from one against the other.
