TDS under section 194IB
dear sirs, does a small company which is not coming under tax audit, pays rent of RS.60000 per month requires to deduct TDS under section 194IB while paying rent. Thanks in advance

Why not u/s. 194I of the act?
Dear madam,
the provisions related to section 194IB are applicable only to the individuals and HuF's who are not covered under 194-I(b).
so, the small company does not come under the perview of 194-IB
