How TDS will be determined of employees whose pan adahaar is not linked or inoperative

Its not concerned. 192B is calculated purely based on Slab rates. 0 bracket TDS = 0, above ten lakhs TDS=NIL. in between it will be like 12,500 & 1 lakh
